After years of being everything from Chef to Caterer, we realized that there were a few steps that it took some time to master so we made it our business to help you make these decisions.

Beginning with a turnkey site that lets you stop in, we then established our roster of reliable friends in the business. Now, we have what we need to save you the time and effort you’d love to whenever you are thrown into the pits of aggressive bids and menu options which may get stress meters higher than healthy.

Miami Catering Service is proud to present Chef Adrain Veitia, known for his innovative creation and technique in the culinary arts, creating one-of-a-kind dish combinations for any type of event.

Eager to enhance his portfolio, Chef Adrain moved forward to pursue new frontiers within the culinary world. Amongst his many styles of cooking, he now specializes in Live & Raw Foods, which lead him to the create Chew lIfe Catering - a company that caters to those with interests and preferences in this niche form of the culinary world.

After graduating for Berkley Univeristy, he began his career working as a Sus Chef at The Palm in New York City. He fell in love with the culinary industry and moved back down to his home down of Miami to create, what is now one of Miami's premier catering companies, Miami Catering Service.
